General Policies

Most of our orders are shipped UPS. If your order is placed on any business day by 3 p.m. your time zone, it will be shipped from our distribution center that same day (Alaska and Hawaii customers by 3 p.m. Pacific Time).
Orders placed over a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day.

Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:
Standard: UPS Ground 1-4 Days

Shipping Charges

Your shipping charges are based on a UPS calculation of your shipping zip code and the weight of the product plus a fuel surcharge.

Orders up to $30 have a minimum freight and handling charge of 7.45 plus the going fuel surcharge.
Orders greater than $30 have a minimum freight and handling charge of 9.95 plus the going fuel surcharge.

* We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of: United States.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

State Rate CT 6%

Please note that we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Return Policies

Product may be returned within 30 days of the time you purchase it.

Product returned for credit should come back to us in its original packaging, including pallets, when applicable, and in unused and resalable condition.

After 30 days returned product is subject to a 15% restocking fee, so we encourage you to return it as promptly as possible to avoid this fee.

We're sorry, but we cannot accept product returns after 90 days.

To return an item simply complete the return form that comes with your order and be sure to put it inside the box being returned.
